Scripture Passage: Luke 18:1-8
I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?” Luke 18:8 NLT
Do you ever wish God would hurry and answer your prayer?
I do, but Delay is a test of your faith – not just your patience.
One day, Jesus told a story about a widow who finally got justice after she badgered a judge day-after-day.
When the story ended, Jesus asked a question:
Would he find persistent faith, like that of the widow, when He returns to earth?
Persistent faith – the kind that doesn’t let go – takes time to grow.
We may never know why God sometimes delays in answering prayers.
But remember: delay tests your faith, not just your patience.
What unanswered prayer tempts you to give up on God?
Keep praying about it and keep the faith.
